Sure his premise is sound. But face it, it's about a bunch of congressmen trying to suck our country drier because most of them are too stupid to make the country work.

The arroyo regime's high-arching vision is to keep as many people dumb as possible. By pacifying them into alcohol, nicotine and BPO's, the state has managed to keep everyone from asking too many questions. Now we're getting screwed on our books.
